COMPANY OVERVIEW

Trauma Team International was founded in 2021 with a single operational mandate: provide guaranteed medical extraction and emergency response services that public infrastructure cannot. As Night City's security situation deteriorated through the early 2030s, demand for private emergency response grew accordingly.

Today, Trauma Team International operates 47 active response units across the Night City metropolitan area, supported by a fleet of dedicated AVs, two ground-based surgical platforms, and a rapid-deploy tactical medical unit capable of operating in active combat environments.

Our medtechs are trained to the highest standard of field surgery available outside a hospital environment. Every Platinum team includes a licensed trauma surgeon, two combat-certified medics, and an armed security element. We are not a transport service. We are an extraction operation.

Trauma Team International holds a current Night City Medical Response License (Class A, TTI-NC-0042), NUSA Private Emergency Services Certification, and a Night City Council-approved armed operator permit. All personnel hold current firearms and medical certifications. We operate in full compliance with applicable Night City municipal code and NUSA federal emergency services regulations.

Originally developed as a light assault aircraft for close urban operations, the AV-4 keeps itself aloft via brute-force turbofan thrust — it has, charitably, the aerodynamic profile of a rock. What it lacks in elegance it makes up for in reliability. Operates in areas inaccessible to rotary and tilt-wing aircraft. Standard response unit for Bronze, Silver, and Platinum tiers.

The Zetatech Herakles is the TTI combat platform. Armoured AV-4 variant purpose-built for private security operations, carrying an onboard machine gun and a vehicle heavy weapon mount. Deployed when standard response units cannot safely enter a threat environment. Larger crew capacity than the standard AV-4 allows a full medical team plus security element in a single deployment. A recently developed class of super aerodyne, the AV-9 is the fastest vehicle in the TTI fleet. Two-seat configuration limits its medical capacity but its 300 km/h top speed means it reaches subscribers faster than any other unit in the Night City fleet. Used as a first-response advance unit — a single medic deploys immediately while the full AV-4 team follows. Platinum priority dispatch only. Limited availability.

Trauma Team International is currently participating in a limited operational field trial of the Zetatech Atlus next-generation aerodyne platform in cooperation with Zetatech's advanced development division. One unit is operating in Night City under controlled trial conditions. The Atlus represents a significant advancement over current AV-class aerodyne technology. TTI cannot provide further technical details while the trial is under a non-disclosure agreement with Zetatech. The Atlus is not currently available for subscriber dispatch. Further announcements pending trial completion.

▮ LITTLE EUROPE — TOTAL EXCLUSION, ALL TIERS, EFFECTIVE 15 OCTOBER 2046
Trauma Team International does not provide response of any kind within the Little Europe designated disaster area. This exclusion applies to Platinum, Corporate and Family Platinum contracts without exception and is not subject to appeal, escalation or individual negotiation.
Unexploded ordnance, uncontrolled structural collapse and the absence of any secured landing site make the district unsurvivable for aerial response. TTI lost aerial units and crew in this district in October 2046 and will not lose more.
Subscribers whose registered address falls within the exclusion should contact Subscriber Services regarding address transfer. Premiums for excluded addresses are not being collected.

▮ FORMER CORPORATE CORDON DISTRICTS — COVERAGE RESTORED IN PART
Little China, Old Japantown and the Old Combat Zone were suspended from 2042 under corporate access restrictions that TTI could not lawfully cross. Those restrictions ceased in December 2046.
Little China is restored to Platinum-tier response. Old Japantown and the Old Combat Zone remain suspended — not on access grounds but on threat assessment, following the resumption of open faction conflict in both districts. Subscribers should not read the removal of the cordon as a restoration of service.

SUSPENSION POLICY

WHEN COVERAGE IS SUSPENDED

Coverage may be suspended in a district when TTI's threat assessment determines that response teams cannot operate safely. Suspension criteria include: active military operations, declared combat zones, designated disaster areas, unexploded ordnance presence, absence of a securable landing site, and any situation where threat to response personnel is assessed as unacceptable.

Corporate access restriction is no longer a suspension criterion in any Night City district, no such restriction being currently in force.

Subscribers in suspended zones are advised to relocate to covered areas when possible. TTI does not accept liability for incidents occurring in suspended coverage areas. Suspension notifications are issued via subscriber emergency line.

REFUND POLICY

SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS

Platinum subscribers in zones suspended for more than 72 consecutive hours may apply for a pro-rated service credit. Credits are issued to subscriber account and applied against future billing. Cash refunds are not available.

Coverage suspension due to subscriber-area threat level does not constitute a breach of the TTI Subscriber Agreement. All subscribers are advised to review the Territorial Coverage Limitation clause (Section 14, TTI Subscriber Agreement 2047) prior to enrolment.
