§1.01 — SCOPE
Manzer Manufacturing provides automated weapons systems, deployment support, manufacturing, distribution, and operational consulting to approved clients. All systems remain company property unless a separate transfer agreement is executed.
§1.02 — PAYMENT
Payment is accepted in Eurodollars only. Deployment requires partial payment in advance, with remaining balance due upon confirmed operational status. Late payment may suspend service access.
§2.01 — LIABILITY
Manzer Manufacturing accepts no liability for collateral damage, property loss, civil unrest, law-enforcement attention, media exposure, or reputational harm caused by deployed systems operating within agreed parameters.
§2.02 — EQUIPMENT CONTROL
Clients are not granted root access, source control, factory override privileges, or reproduction rights. Attempts to copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or tamper with Manzer systems void all protection terms.
§3.01 — OPERATIONAL DATA
Deployed systems transmit diagnostic, targeting, threat-response, and maintenance data to Manzer Manufacturing servers. This data is retained for quality control, warranty review, and future product refinement.
§3.02 — TERMINATION
Service may be terminated if the client withholds payment, misrepresents the assignment, damages company equipment, compromises system security, or contracts with a designated competitor during an active engagement.
§4.01 — CLIENT LOGS
Manzer platforms can generate client-facing engagement receipts for authorized buyers, including deployment time, ammunition expenditure, system performance, response latency, and maintenance flags.
§4.02 — DISCRETION
Contract visibility, delivery route, and final deployment records may be limited by client request. Public reference to Manzer Manufacturing involvement is negotiable at premium rate.
